Retirement



Whilst it is true that some of our world leaders are under the age of 65, most of them, and their cohorts of cabinet ministers, are clearly over this strategic threshold.
Society should not have it both ways : either we are clearly gaga over 65 and therefore are governed mostly by dim-witted sleep-walkers on automatic pilot – which, some would argue convincingly, is actually the case –  or we remain in good working order and should not be discriminated against.
